House Rules

Please enjoy your stay and handle our place with care, respecting the contents and adhering to the rules below.

By staying in our suite, you are agreeing to the following :

Rent is due on the first day of every month for your stay. 50% of the first month is due immediately to secure your rental.
You and your guests will observe building rules at all times.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the suite.
Pets are not allowed in the suite.
Occasional overnight guest are permitted and must be registered with the building security.
There should be no more than four overnight occupants, including renters.
No events or large parties are allowed in the suite.
No subletting during the rental period.
A cleaner will clean the suite including washing bedding and towels once per month. We will schedule the date and time of the cleaning via WhatsApp. Please inquire if you would like to have the cleaning done more frequently.
Please notify us by WhatsApp if something is not working or damaged.
You will be responsible for leaving the suite and its contents in the same condition as your first day of occupancy. You agree to replace or repair any items damaged or showing excess wear and tear acquired during your tenancy, including damage caused by your guests.
For rentals of 30 days or more, a MXN 1500 deposit is required to cover the cost of electricity. Electricity bills are received every other month and will be paid from the deposit. If the deposit balance falls below MXN 500, you must "top up" to MXN 1500 by the beginning of the following month. We will provide a copy of the utility bills to document your usage. We will return any unused balance to you at the end of the rental period after the final electricity billing is received and paid.
