Good morning dear Colonial homeowners,
Reminding you: the common areas cannot be reserved. They are first come first serve.
Therefore the use of the grill / BBQ: Cannot be reserved and the staff or owners cannot display any post over a reservation of the area. Only during holidays such as thanksgiving and Christmas we will display a schedule and owners could notify what time the grill would be in use.
For special occasions reservations the administration should have an advance notification at least 48-24 hrs. This way we can notify the rest of the homeowners about the special occupancy of that area.
And this is what the Condominium Regime stipulates:

Each condominium owner has the right to 4 four meetings or events per year in the roof top and pool area, in which case the condominium owners will notify the administrator if they want to use the common recreational area, rooftop, and pool for meetings, to attend to your guests within the allowed hours, the number of guests allowed in this area may not exceed 40 forty people. Immediately at the end of their meeting, the owner must leave the area in perfect conditions of cleanliness and order. The use of other common areas for parties and meetings is strictly prohibited.
For the temporary private use of a particular common area (Wet Beds and Pool Area), you must sign an agreement with the Administration and leave a guarantee deposit of $ 500.00 USD (Five hundred dollars Legal Tender Currency of the United States of America) for payment for cleaning or security in case of damage.
The administrator may retain part or all of the deposit for the Association in the event of the following:
